Salary Range: RM 2000 – RM 2500
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
Location: Petaling Jaya
Job Description :
1. Import of Goods
2. Ensure picking lists are printed on daily 3days a week upon departure by air (inclusive of customization or assembled product upon request).
3. Ensure picking lists are printed 1 to 2 week upon departure by sea (inclusive of customization or assembled product upon request).
4. Admin-Freight & Purchase Invoices.
5. Reconciliation of all monthly freight invoices.
6. Match all supplier invoices with purchase order.
7. Ensure all prices are properly entered into the system.
8. Ensure all products are taken into MYOB system & delivered to respective overseas companies.
9. Ensure all orders are invoiced once delivered.
10. Enquiry all freight quotation from all inter-company (air, sea, truck, courier)
Job Requirement :
1. Diploma or degree in related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in administrations functions.
3. Good command of Chinese & English.
4. Personality – Independent, creative, enjoy working with people and able to work under stress.
