Customer Support Officer

Salary Range: RM 3500 – RM 3800
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Description :
1. Manage enquiries & quotations (Standard & OEM Product)
2. Administer Standard Selling Price on system
3. Freight Quotation to customer on Lead time, Transit Time
4. Manage Stock Availability
5. Create customer order in system
6. Monitor Shipping delivery & advice delivery to customer
7. Ensure all order is at the correct margin, article code & quantity is correct.
8. Purchase Standard and OEM Products

Job Requirement :
1. Diploma or degree in related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years experiences in customer sales support functions.
3. Good command of Chinese & English
4. Personality – Independent, creative, enjoy working with people and able to work under stress.
