Duties & Responsibilities:
- To provide secretarial and administrative duties.
- Record and prepare meeting minutes for meeting which attended by Senior Management.
- Disseminate meeting minutes to the relevant participants.
- Follow up the progress report of any assignments or projects as discussed during meeting.
- Maintain proper filing system.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.
- Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
- Typing, preparing and collating reports.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned from time to time by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience as Secretary to Senior Management.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative.
- Able to do translation for English & Mandarin languages.
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both in speaking and writing skill).
- Possess good organization skill, resourceful, matured and pleasant personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including presentation software.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Applicants must be willing to work in BUKIT RAJA (KLANG).
