Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To provide secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Record and prepare meeting minutes for meeting which attended by Senior Management.
  • Disseminate meeting minutes to the relevant participants.
  • Follow up the progress report of any assignments or projects as discussed during meeting.
  • Maintain proper filing system.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.
  • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned from time to time by superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience as Secretary to Senior Management.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative.
  • Able to do translation for English & Mandarin languages. 
  • Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both in speaking and writing skill).
  • Possess good organization skill, resourceful, matured and pleasant personality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including presentation software.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BUKIT RAJA (KLANG).
