Sales Coordinator / Customer Service

Salary Range: RM 2500 – RM 2800
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
Location: SS15 Subang Jaya

Job Description :
1. Provide sales & admin support
2. Handling inquiries, quotations, order processing and invoicing.
3. Liaise with Customers and Suppliers on orders, delivery schedule and shipping arrangement(EXPORT & IMPORT)
4. Maintain all customer inquiries and order records.
5. Perform any other sales duties as assigned.

Job Requirement :
1. Candidate must process at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in any field.
2. At least 2 year of working experience in related field is prefer, or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
3. Good command in English, written and spoken Chinese and Malay.
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Self- motivated and able to work independently
6. Preferable Chinese.
